John Adler has a 30-year track record of successfully planning and implementing data-centric solutions. He founded Data Management Group to be the go-to company for financial institutions and corporate finance organizations who need external expertise in Business Analytics, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Enterprise Information Management, or Master Data Management.
John advises companies on how to gain strategic value from Data, Technology, and Operational improvements. He takes a big-picture view of business solutions that includes Architecture, Project Management, DevOps, implementation, testing, operations, and support. He specializes in working through change by partnering with business stakeholders to develop and socialize operating models, then translating these into business/technology roadmaps and implementation tactics.
John has delivered high-value data solutions across a range of industries, including Mortgage and Finance, Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Credit Cards, Telecommunications, and Government. He has held senior roles at organizations including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Navy Federal Credit Union, Deconstruct Media, and Sapient.
When not working on Data Management Group business and customer projects, John likes to be outside skiing or hiking with his (mostly) grown children. He also volunteers and supports a number of non-profit groups that focus on ensuring that no child goes to bed hungry.
